Thirteen years after we originally supplied it, Frank’s Zoostorm desktop PC was crawling to a halt.
With literally just one service in all those years, I was amazed it had lasted so well!
Time for a new desktop PC
After speccing up a nice refurbished HP business machine for Frank’s Photoshop duties, we set about transferring many, many gigabytes of data from the old PC.
There was just one little snag. The old hard drive was in such a bad state that extracting everything took nearly 12 hours.
Getting it all onto the replacement machine? Just 16 minutes!
