Your Right to Cancel

If you purchased online or over the phone, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason.
We extend this to a 30-day returns window to give you extra peace of mind.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it
  • Be unused or only handled to the extent necessary to inspect it (as permitted under UK law)
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Items Not Eligible for a Full Refund

We may issue a partial refund in the following cases:

  • Items with obvious signs of use beyond basic inspection
  • Software that has been installed or activated
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

  1. Once your item is received, we will inspect it.
  2. We will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  3. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–2 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times vary).
  3. Contact your bank (refunds can take time to process).
